How To Share a Custom Table

Collaborating with Custom Tables



You can share your custom tables with other users. Note: if you make any changes to your custom table, the changes will reflect also for other users who you shared the table with.

Getting started


Begin by navigating to your custom table and selecting the "Share" option from the table's menu.



Choosing who you share with


A list of users in your company will appear after you click the "Share" button. Here, you can choose who you'd like to collaborate with by activating the buttons next to their names. Confirm your selection by clicking the "Share’ button.

Removing a user's access from a custom table


If you want to remove a user's access, you can disable the switch by re-opening the share menu and unselecting the user.


Tracking your shared tables


On the dashboard, your shared custom tables are marked in blue, while tables shared with you are marked in red.
